The Kaodim Direct Services is a facility via our Website that permits Service Users to book a specific Service Professional for a Service. The Kaodim Direct Services may offer a gratuitous quantum of compensation for certain Services where the Service rendered is not to the satisfaction of the Service User, subject to the terms and conditions below.
In the event that:
(i) a Service User has booked, ordered and paid a Service Professional for a Kaodim's Pre-packaged Services; and
(ii) the Service has already been performed by the Service Professional; and
(iii) the Service User is not satisfied with the performance of the Service,
the Service User is eligible for our Kaodim Guarantee provided that the Service User submits the Kaodim Guarantee Claim Form provided by Kaodim.
The Kaodim Guarantee process differs for each Kaodim's Pre-packaged Services and is explained Kaodim Guarantee (Aircond Servicing), Kaodim Guarantee (Weekly Cleaning), Kaodim Guarantee (Move In / Move Out / Thorough Cleaning & Post Renovation Cleaning) and Kaodim Guarantee (Long Distance Moving).
