Kaodim Guarantee is only applicable for pre-packaged services offered at fixed prices. It does not apply to jobs for which different quotations are provided by different service providers.
Kaodim Guarantee: Move In / Move Out / Thorough Cleaning & Post Renovation Cleaning
The Kaodim Guarantee for Move In / Move Out / Thorough Cleaning & Post Renovation Cleaning is as follows:
Kaodim will have the applicable service re-performed by the same Service Professional.
In order to be eligible for the Kaodim Guarantee, the Service User must submit the Kaodim Guarantee Claim Form:
(i) within thirty one (31) days of the date the Service request was submitted; and
(ii) within twenty four (24) hours from the date of the cleaning session where the Service User had an unsatisfactory experience.
The amount of the Kaodim Guarantee only covers any payment the Service User made to the Service Professional within the scope and time frame of the original Service request submitted on the Kaodim Service. It does not cover Services performed as a result of a variation, extension, repetition or recurrence of the original Service request. The Kaodim Guarantee does not apply to any other cost, liability, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with the Service performed by the Service Professionals. For clarity, the Kaodim Guarantee only applies to Service fees or labour cost and does not apply to governmental taxes and any payments made for goods, items, materials and solely applies to payments made for the Service Professional to perform the Service.
Provision of this compensation is a discretionary and gratuitous gesture of goodwill on the part of Kaodim and does not in any way create any liability towards the performance of Services rendered by the Service Professional.
